We are offering two new graduate speech pathologist positions at our Liverpool location!

As a close-knit team, we believe that the best way to support you as a new grad is to provide a tailored approach to achieving your personal and professional goals. 

Your first year out as a speech pathologist shouldn't be following a “one size fits all” graduate program. Instead, we focus on you and what you want to achieve within the next 12 months. From building your skills in the field to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, we give you the flexibility to focus on what's important. We believe in building healthy habits that will carry you throughout your whole career. 

Our graduate program offers:

  • 4 client-facing days + 1 admin day 

  • One admin day a week for catching up on paperwork, participating in professional development, report writing and team building. 

  • 1:1 weekly supervision with our principal speech pathologist

  • Professional development allowance

  • Company provided laptop and iPad 

  • Paid time off to attend workshops 

  • Work from home options

  • Clinic based appointments only- no travel required!

  • Admin team to manage all bookings and scheduling

We are a growing private clinic located in south-western Sydney. Our clinic offers assessment and therapy services for children aged 1-18. We pride ourselves on a wholistic therapy approach and work closely with a number of GPs, Paediatricians and other Allied Health Professionals in the local area. We work with a wide range of culturally diverse families and are passionate about advocacy and supporting families to access the support they need.

 

We take pride in providing a supportive environment for all staff where they can share and learn, achieve their professional goals and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for a fantastic new speech pathologist to join our team!

 

Full time and part-time positions available!

 

About the role:

  • 4 days a week at the clinic

  • 1 day a week for completing administrative duties, paperwork, report writing, professional development, mentoring and research

  • Monday-Friday

  • You will receive weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and mentoring

  • Reception team to manage your calendar

  • Flexible hours available

  • Graduate program is available for new grads

  • No travel required

  • Mixed paediatric caseload: early intervention, language delay/disorder, speech and articulation, ASD, global developmental delay, stuttering, literacy

 

As a part of our team, you will have access to:

  • Your own iPad loaded with therapy apps and AAC apps

  • The newest and up-to date assessment tools

  • Yearly professional development allowance

  • Paid leave to attend workshops

  • Access to our database of digital resources and online therapy tool subscriptions

  • Your own office with all therapy resources and tools provided

  • Private car park directly below the office

 

Graduate Program includes:

  • 1:1 clinical supervision sessions with our clinical director, booked into your calendar weekly

  • Weekly group case conference and mentoring with the speech pathology team

  • Slow ease-in to the caseload

  • Assessment tool training: CELF-5, CELF-P2, Rossetti, PLS-5, YARC, SWST, AAC Profile, Assistive Technology Assessment and many more!

  • AAC Training: PECS, Proloquo2go, LAMP, GoTalk and more

  • Introduction into NDIS: Build your skills in understanding how the NDIS works, learn how to support families to access NDIS, training on how to write NDIS reports and AT requests

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology

  • SPA membership

  • Working With Children Check
